Volunteers can enjoy that all of their efforts contribute to a fun event for the community, support local businesses and provide financial support to the Village of Lake in the Hills' Parks and Recreation programs and facilities.


People for Parks Foundation of Lake in the Hills, Inc. is a 501(c)3 not for profit organization created for the purpose of supporting the Lake in the Hills’ Parks and Recreation Department.  The Foundation provides equipment for parks and the Lake in the Hills Preschool Academy, financial support for parks facilities and scholarship support to encourage participation in department programs for families in need.  All of the proceeds raised directly benefit the residents who use the LITH Parks and Recreation programs. Other than statutorily required annual fees and the cost of producing this event, we do not have any administrative expenses.
