THE RULES THE ATTORNEYS MADE US WRITE TO BE SURE WE ALL HAVE FUN...

Who can attend? Anyone with a government issued ID that confirms that you are 21 years of age or older. No one under the age of 21 will be admitted to the festival grounds. Period. Even babies, toddlers etc...The grown-ups need a nice relaxing day out!

You must have a ticket to get in. You will get in much faster if you have a ticket in advance. If you don’t, you may have to wait a bit to get to the good stuff.

No dogs or other pets other than service animals are allowed... We don’t want dogs lapping up beer and service animals are smarter than that!

Expectations?  We hope to have the brewers, sponsors, and entertainment listed, but life can be complicated and there are no guarantees.  We will try to update on Facebook as the event approaches.

What can I bring? You can bring a desire to sample great beer and food and a list of songs you would like to hear from the excellent entertainment. You can bring a lawn chair, blanket, camera, phones, friends, backpacks, umbrella, and sunscreen.  Absolutely no outside food or drink allowed!

How do I get in? Buy a ticket online or at the door. On-line sales are open.  Get tickets at the door for an additional $10 per ticket surcharge. But remember, there are ABSOLUTELY no refunds.  There is NO RE-ADMISSION .  Once you leave, you cannot come back into the craft beer area.

What if it is cold or wet? Has that ever stopped you from drinking beer and eating good food? Really?   Ok, so there was last year with lightning ... The fest will proceed rain, cold or shine, but there will be cover if necessary!

What can I expect? We will have a great variety of beers from a number of brewers. There will be great food from excellent food trucks. There will be excellent music. Tents will provide covered seating and tables. We will have water for rinsing your glasses and for drinking in between tastes.

How do I eat? You visit our great selection of food trucks and pay cash or debit or credit card. But, remember, you can’t bring in your own snacks.

What can happen if I don’t follow the rules? The festival committee or the police will make sure you leave so others can enjoy the event. How much beer can I drink? We hope you enjoy the samplings.  But, if you have had too much to drink to get home safely please call a taxi, friend, or stay at a hotel.

Please remember that drinking alcohol can be very dangerous for some people particularly pregnant women. Many people with medical conditions also should not drink. We are not doctors. You should consult yours if you are uncertain about your participation in this event. You may not leave the festival grounds with any alcohol.

What if I am a designated driver? You will be wearing a wristband that tells everyone that you CANNOT drink or hold any alcohol. If you violate this rule, you will be escorted from the grounds and the friends and family who are counting on you will be very upset. You can have free water and can purchase soda from the food trucks. You will have the appreciation of everyone who notes your wristband! Thank you!

You also agree to release the Village of Lake in the Hills and the People For Parks Foundation of. Lake in the Hills, Inc. from any and all liability once you purchase a ticket.
